LABIS is a nonprofit organization supporting adults living with acquired brain injuries, along with their families and caregivers. We provide programs, outreach, information, and community connection in a safe and welcoming environment.

Everything we do is to enrich the lives of those living in our community. Here’s how we do it.
Programs
We offer several activities through our Pathways to Empowerment Program, which runs three days a week, from 10:00AM to 3:00PM. These activities are designed to promote positive mental health, and teach important skills.
Individual and Family Support
Private support meetings are available upon request for adults living with an acquired brain injury and their families or caregivers. Meetings provide an opportunity to discuss individual needs, resources, and available supports.
Awareness
The best protection against brain injury is prevention. We work to spread awareness among not only those who attend our programs, but the community of Lloydminster. We aim to connect people to the resources they need.
